Quite probably helping groups such as the Egyptians against both of them. Victorian Britain is more liberal, especially religiously than the Muslims at this point let alone the Byzantine empire and it could secure access to the east by controlling Egypt and Syria, although of course there would be the need to build a canal.

2020 Russia, Belarus, China, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon (with Hezbollah), Venezuela and North Korea ISOT to 1992 Axis of Evil from the future? Russia and China will still have the threatening capability to the United States. 1992 was also the year the Pentagon retargeted China in its nuclear SIOP. Outgoing Bush Sr. and President-elect Clinton would be surprised that North Korea now has nuclear weapons. UT Iran would pose a threat to the DT Middle Eastern allies like Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Israel. But DT Israel still has its nuclear option and Iran's military is only capable of projecting a few km away from their shores. Venezuela, Syria, Yemen, and Lebanon (with Hezbollah) barely pose a threat to the DT U.S. and Allies.

US from December 7th 1951 to December 7th 1941 I'd imagine F-86 Sabers would intercept those Japanese planes coming from the Kido Butai. Since the UT U.S. Navy is more advanced than their 1941 counterparts, the Kido Butai and the IJN would get trashed.

What does the USSR get in land lease?

What does the USSR get in land lease? The U.S. has to reactivate their mothballed ships sitting at port. Do the U.S. Navy currently in Korea get transported back to the ISOT? If so, the UT USN would probably try to rescue to the Philippines and Guam from Japanese invasion. I don't think there will be an earlier D-Day because the U.S. Armed Forces isn't the same strength as it was from 1942-45. There was demobilization of the U.S. Army and the Marines from 1946-50, hence why the U.S. was caught by surprise during the Korean War. In terms of small arms, it's in par to say at least. WWII small arms are still use in Korea after all. The DT USSR probably gets the same Lend Lease, except now there will focus on arresting Soviet spies that have infiltrated the State Department and the Manhattan Project.

2. All US military bases in Japan in 2020 ISOT to 1605 AD.

Much shorter wars and several cities disappear. This is after the Korean war started, let alone other issues such as the Berlin blockade and suppression of democracy in Czechoslovakia as well as the 'loss' of China so would expect that Stalin gets very little from the resulting peace agreement.
Some information exchanges could be interesting. I wonder how 1941 Britain [and India] will react to the news of Indian independence, partition and the resulting bloodbath. Plenty of other issues like that.

1861 Confederate states of America ISOT to 3000 BC
Does the Confederacy rule the world?
Is slavery going to persist in the CSA? The world of 3000 BC has no markets for cotton so there is less incentive to keep slavery.
