On June 22 1941 all German and Soviet soldiers gain the ability to fly.
Well that gives a totally different meaning to mobile warfare. Depending on what limitations apply - for instance how long and how fast they can fly - limiting it to soldiers from those countries is likely to be bad for the world. Makes the defence of Britain and other areas a hell of a lot more difficult.

For a lot of people he is already. I mean, in the sense of a literal deity with domain over the genre of fantasy. Not sure what that’d look like, exactly, but one possibility that occurs to me is that he basically becomes a benevolent equivalent to the Chaos Gods from WH40K. That is, a deity fueled by fantasy writing and English mythology that dwells in a separate “realm” of Creation — kind of like the Warp, but less hellish and demonic. |

That would be interesting although a lot could end up dying fairly quickly, both in terms of things like war zones or if their resurrected in a similar status to when they died as your going to have a lot of people who were elderly or very ill. If their revived in a healthier or younger form that would be avoided but would raise a lot of issues. For instance: a) Elizabeth II - that would raise questions on who's the British monarch and possibly put an elderly Charles back into a 2nd position he's going to never get out of.
b) Pele and some other sporting figures - definitely be good to have them back and it would be interesting to see how young versions would fit into their modern sports.
c) Former pope Benedict - could raise some questions if he were to make a bid to reclaim the papal throne.
More generally what happens with people who have died in violent oppression or who have been executed for assorted crimes. In more barbaric places such as Iran their likely simply to be killed again. In say the US what would be the legal position on whether they could be executed again.
Also relating to the question on another post about the dead appearing online would they be able to tell us what has happened to them since they died or would they know nothing?
