Don’t have one and doubt the owner will go in to make it visible for me, so I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be looking at. My first guess is that it’s one of those jump-scare pranks, where some joker dressed in a Slenderman costume pops up behind Trick-or-Treaters and scares the shit out of them — and, of course, says “It’s just a prank, bro!” if they get mad. 😈 |

‘WWII Leaders Fight To The Death In A Cage Match Instead’. Pretty good incentive for FDR to keep the US out of it, I think. But otherwise, I’d say that’s a whole lot fairer than conscripting millions of young men to fight and die on their behalf — not to mention endangering tens of millions of civilians, to boot.  |

Turns out the real Leopold II is dead (he killed 15 MILLION IRL) and the fake is a gene-enhanced and cosmetically modified to look like the original but stronger, smarter and healthier.
Time-traveler introduces very advanced technologies and concepts to Belgium resulting in an economic and population boom. He influences the Belgian king to pass VERY PROGRESSIVE laws.
Belgium and the rest of Europe become much more wealthier, very Liberal, more Agnostic/Secular and much more Multiethnic/Diverse
US doesn't have the Civil War because the Royal Advisor bribes them to ban slavery. He becomes President of Haiti and renovates the nation.
He secretly helps upgrade the militaries of Ethiopia, China, Korea and Spain

I would partially agree with the last point and to a degree the one before it.
Leopold was born in 1835 so I assume you are planning on kidnapping him as a baby. That was roughly the same time as the Texas revolution but that has nothing to do with the issue. Assuming your planning to kill the baby and introduce a cloned replacement?
Not sure that a stranger who appears when the baby is kidnapped and then suddenly 'rescues' him would be trusted that much given both the obvious idea he was responsible in the 1st case and the degree of variance from current values he will be displaying. Not to mention making massive changes to the economy and society is going to make enemies of assorted groups.
Slave owners might be willing to sell slaves if their provided with an alternative that maintains their wealth and power. They and most of the other whites at the time don't want freed blacks 'integrated into society'.
