The ISOTed area correspondd to the Far Eastern Military District of Russia en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_Military_DistrictRussian troops there are st odds with Nazi Germany but they are at odds with the USSR. How does Stalin react to them? How do they react? How do they deal with Japanese troops in downtime Manchuria and China? stevep

Well 1st thought is if the Pacific fleet, especially its boomers are brought along then a lot of central Europe - specifically most of Germany - has a serious drop in population and habitability.
Possibility of civil war between the FEMD and the Soviet state as I can't see Stalin trusting them with so much power and hopefully they wouldn't be daft enough to trust Stalin with power over them. The FEMD would be massively outnumbered and I'm not sure how well they could maintain their equipment and supplies but they have a massive tech lead. They would also have nukes of course but may be reluctant to bomb major Russian population centres.
Assuming that one or the other of the two comes out on top quickly then with the size of the USSR [+ conquests in Europe] and the technology of the FEMD they can do pretty much what they like with the rest of the world.
