That would be interesting if Jefferson Davis was made Quartermaster General of the entire Confederacy after all he is meticulous micromanagera meticulous micromanager. People can charge if he would’ve made a good quartermaster general based off his life and experiences. He’s certainly wouldn’t be one of the worst packs for this position but I doubt he would readily want this commission. For a scenario to work for he would be quartermaster general. I would have to be a little bit later in the war had he not excepted the presidency. I Secretary of War, Ike it is possible that he would be replaced. Another fact is that in a alternate history, Jefferson Davis and Bragg could have had more strain relationships than the historical account as they feuded with each other in the past. If only Davis had known Bragg’s hatred toward him he would surely have been replaced as Davis expected loyalty from his subordinates.
