1. Does 1913 Germany also come from June 6th?
2. Did you mean 1913, or some other year between 1914 and 1918? Those are the years when World War I actually happened, after all.

Wilhelm II cannot wage a war even if he wants to. All Wehrmacht equipment uses spare parts that are not even produced.

Maybe so, though I fear it’ll make a difference in how “charitable” the W/Allies will be if/when discussing Lend-Lease terms or the post-war landscape with Wilhelm, for example. Although, given both the shock of the ISOT and how he’s surrounded by enemies with thirty-one years of better tactics and technology on their side, he may come to his senses just this once. (That alone won’t stop the Red Army from overrunning Imperial Germany at least as easily as the Nazis overran the Soviets throughout the first phase of Operation Barbarossa, though.) |

The 1st evidence of the war could be some 1,000 bomber raid hitting parts of the Rhur, although given the date a lot of the heavy bomber force is busy supporting the landing in Normandy. Which could go a bit better as attempts to ring Hitler for permission to release them aren't going to get any reply now. According to Wiki "Hitler received the final part of his father's estate in May 1913 and moved to Munich, Germany" so a young Hitler is just about and in Germany rather than lost in 1913 Austria. However it could take imperial Germany some time to identify him with the Führer those wild up-timers are talking about.
As Lordroel says the big issue would be the Soviets, although given the revanchment after 1919 the western leaders will want to prevent that happen again. At the very least Germany will have to accept the loss of all Hitler's gains from Austria onward and there could well be military demands. All of which will be difficult for imperial Germany to accept as as far as its concerned its totally innocent, knowing nothing about WWI let alone the mess its dropped in now.
As others have said the Nazi resistance will be drastically limited as their lost most of their production capacity - only really left with what they have in Austria, Bohemia and occupied parts of France, the Low Countries, Poland. Plus with imperial Germany, lacking the same communication facilities and with a different and extremely confused government in charge in the middle of their empire assorted areas, the west, northern Italy, Denmark/Norway and the east and Balkans are pretty much isolated from each other.
Think the 1st bits that will go will be the more sophisticated areas, especially a/c, motorised vehicles, radars and communications simply because the spares and replacements can no longer be made to any degree. Ditto with the U boats as 1913 Germany has no facility to support 1944 craft.
The one saving grace that imperial Germany might have is that it is technologically so backwards, as well as being largely innocent of the mess their now in so it could be shown some slack as a result by the western powers.
