Would 1 not be enough, also can the G10N carry more than 1 bomb, i assume they weigh almost the same as the American atomic bombs used on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Like one to destroy factories and port, another just to terrorize population...

Think 1 is enough to do both, especially if it is the same city. Two bombs increase the area of damage. Also, if the bomb hatch capacity allows, then why not take two, in addition to demonstrate the presence of many bombs, even if it was their entire supply. Between Hiroshima and Nagasaki, that's exactly what happened, Anami believed that there wouldn't be another bomb.

Does remind of that boss from an arcade game like 1942.

That's a blast from the past. It was on a video game console in the university accommodation when I was at Salford Uni in the 1980's. Didn't play it myself as gifted with ten thumbs so tended to avoid this sort of shoot then up games but a mate I knew was an expert at it. He actually won through to killing the boss a few time. Tended to be knackered afterwards and with back ache as while he wasn't the largest guy the console was bloody small so after ~40-50 minutes play his back was playing up. Hadn't thought of that for nearly 40 years.
