A Victory and the beginning of the end
In 1452, the French troops would be defeated and repelled from the English controlled Aquitaine and would be able to retain the lands they rule in Aquitaine and the Margaret of Anjou would be forced to negotiate peace or cease-fire with her cousin Charles VII with the French King returning the borders of Aquitaine to its 1429 borders.
Margaret of Anjou would return in a war-torn England who considered her husband a weak king, Margaret of Anjou would give birth to a heir named Edward of Westminister in October 13, 1453 after her successful peace treaty.
“The Lancastrians would soon lose their holdings in England even if they retained Gascony after they won in Castilhon and negotiated a ceasefire and they would only have Gascony as their only land as the loyalist Lancastrians would go to Aquitaine after their defeat from the Yorkists to plan their future plans to regain England in the future but that would not happen, the only thing that the Lancastrians were able to is that they had Aquitaine maintain its own independence from France.”

Death of Henry VI On 1460, as the Lancastrians were losing ground in England, the Lancastrians would send Edward of Westminister to Aquitaine, which would be later be followed by Margaret of Anjou and Henry VI after two years when the Lancastrians lost support in England and Wales in 1463, but Henry VI would die after the journey.
Losing support, Margaret of Anjou and his son would be left only to administer the Independent state of Aquitaine, the territories of Guyenne and Gascony that claims the English crown, Margaret would offer her son as the groom to Isabella of Castile so that she would be able to gain the crown of England but that would be refuted by Henry IV of Castile, Margaret of Anjou would ask for a bride with Louis XI, but he would choose Marie of Foix who can produce heirs soon to the Lancastrians as the bride of Edward of Westminister.
Louis XI would not be sincere in helping Edward of Westminister to gain the crown of England but he has his own purpose of him which is to keep a threat to the Yorkist regime in England to maintain them in line, it was obvious to others that he was just being used but he is happy since he would be able to survive for long and no longer is fearing for his own life which he would do if he were to live near England.
Marie of Foix would bear two children namely Catherine(April 6, 1472) and Margaret(December 2, 1479), Marie of Foix and Edward of Westminister would have a good relationship.

Jeanne de Bourbon On 1463, Philip the Bold would choose the bride for Edward IV to seal an alliance with the Burgundians, however they would decide to refute the match with Catherine of Bourbon and instead the younger Jeanne of Bourbon was chosen as the bride of Edward IV who would meet her new husband in Calais in the same year, she would have a problem in keeping a pregnancy and despite that fact she would have at least 5 surviving children namely, Elizabeth of York(February 11, 1466), Edward V(November 2, 1470), Anne(November 2, 1475), Catherine(August 14, 1479) and Richard(November 10, 1480). Edward, would decide to dismiss his mistress Eleanor Talbot and have her take the veil. On 1468, Margaret of York would marry Charles the Bold of Burgundy as the confirmation of the alliance between the two countries which was set by the marriage of Jeanne de Bourbon with Edward IV.

Burgundian Succession Charles the Bold would decide to make a ceasefire with his enemies Rene II of Lorraine and Sigismund of Austria and instructed his daughter to marry Archduke Maximilian so that he would gain the crown and protection promised by the Austrians, the alliance made by the wedding would have benefited the Burgundian state in the rest of his reign despite the fact that the Austrians did not do one of their promises but the Austrians would guarantee the independence of his state. His daughter, Mary would predecease him on 1482 while visiting him in Burgundy leaving behind two children, Sigismund(July 22, 1478) and Eleanor(January 10, 1480). Charles of Burgundy would try to sire a son with Margaret of York until his death in 1493, however, Margaret of York would not have any child who would survive infancy which would have led to the Habsburgs gaining the Burgundian succession after his own death.

Two heiresses On 1483, sweat would kill the two brothers of Edward of York and Richard of York making Elizabeth of York the heiress of England and then Edward IV would have her as the heiress, however there was no precedent of a female monarch of England and the prospect of a female monarch would have no precedent and Jeanne of Bourbon would have irritated Richard of York and the people who did not like the French influence in the English court.
On 1480, Edward of Westminister would die and leave behind his daughters Catherine, Duchess of Aquitaine and Margaret of Lancaster who would be left in the care of Margaret of Anjou and Marie of Foix until her death in 1483.
Elizabeth of York and Catherine of Lancaster, Duchess of Aquitaine would indeed be rivals as they both have claims but Elizabeth is the actual heiress to England.

Independence of Guyenne On 1482, Margaret of Anjou would decide to reject the offer to marry her granddaughter, Catherine to the Dauphin and instead had Catherine betrothed to the Duke of Beja and decided that letting go of Perigord would be the best for them and she did not like that the Lancastrian claims and their rump state would be a part of France and in that time, and they would assert their independence and let go of Perigord completely.
Catherine of Lancaster, Duchess of Aquitaine, Titular Queen of France and England would instead marry Manuel, Duke of Beja, a relative of the King of Portugal, creating the new Rump State of England and France, formally known as the Duchy of Guyenne in France. Catherine, Duchess of Guyenne would marry the Duke of Beja in 1486.
