With a point of departure of 1800, create an independent state spanning Ottoman Rumelia (Greece, Albania, Macedonia, Thrace, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia). Bonus points if it includes Constantinople.

Possibly Napoleon wins but later had serious clashes with the Ottomans and looks to build up a counter to both them and a strong obstacle to Russian expansion into the region. The most likely situation is some form of Mega Greece, possibly even a 'revived' Byzantine empire although given that's its likely to be politically dominated by Greeks that could cause issues with the other groups in the region, especially the Serbs and Bulgars.
Or there is greater support for Greece after it gains independence and coupled with some internal problems in the Ottoman states and possibly throwing up a brilliant political and/or military leader its able to gain many of the European areas of the empire as well as very likely traditionally Greek parts of Anatolia. Again its likely to have clashes with non-Greeks but with decent government this could be overcome in the short/medium term at least. Especially if some sort of external threat meant the Orthodox populations of the region found they had more in common with each other than differences.
