Once upon a time, I wrote a TL that focused a lot on how the Khanate of the Golden Horde converted to Christianity, and it was mainly done through the efforts of a non-vassal Christian Kingdom (in the TL, it was the rising power of the medieval Kingdom of Serbia). Most of the scenarios that ask this question normally involve the Golden Horde converting through their Rus' vassals.
How would a Christianized Khanate of the Golden Horde develop, culturally, politically, and economically in this case? The obvious point would have been bigger exposure to European influences, but at the same time exposure to a bit of Byzantine culture.
