Think of the last two: presidential Covid in 2020 and emails in 2016.
Moving back from current events, what hypothetical events could have been important October Surprises in the past?
I was thinking maybe if Obama picked John Edwards as his VP and someone held back the story about his extra-martial affairs until October 2008.
Any other ideas?
