Flag of the Raccoon Police Department - Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3: Nemesis, and Resident Evil: Outbreak File #2It appears to be a simple flag: a navy blue field with the RPD emblem in it.  The same flag is used as a prop seen in this behind-the-scenes photos of the set of Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City which will go on cinemas next month.

Flag of the Japanese Pacific States ( The Man in the High Castle). Interestingly enough, prop replicas of these were for sale on Amazon back then.   Flags of the world (Source: misken67, Reddit)  Just didn't get to this before. Interesting with the Greenland Independent State flag - proposals for a Greenlandic flag didn't surface till 1973 twelve years prior to Home Rule by 1985. The first proposal was a flag in Green-White-Blue looking like this with a history of the flag here:

 The badge given to members of the Canadian Forces who would qualify to be crews on starships. In effect, I took the badge of a non-operational flight crew member of an aircraft, then fused in the central badge worn by astronauts on their wings. |

But how can you separate the wet navy and the space navy then. Hull codes can do it in a pinch. Take HMCS Bonaventure; a ten-to-one scale replica of the old carrier will be part of the space forces. The wet navy ship is CVL-22. The starship is CVL(S)-22. |
