I've kept it simple because I felt that they are in a hurry. They want something clear too on their jets fighting identical ones. I had a think on the flag: again simple. Traditional rectangle shape. Top half dark blue, bottom half red. Thick white cross through the middle, splitting the blue & red into four portions. |

I crossposted this on your thread. I'm amazed the DAR keeps it simple. I wonder how their national flag would look like. I've kept it simple because I felt that they are in a hurry. They want something clear too on their jets fighting identical ones. I had a think on the flag: again simple. Traditional rectangle shape. Top half dark blue, bottom half red. Thick white cross through the middle, splitting the blue & red into four portions. Just like how in the 1989 Philippine coup attempt, the coup plotters simply sprayed "RAM-SFP" with their captured vehicles. www.alternatehistory.com/forum/attachments/1617467639685-png.638782/  On the other hand, I'll try to come up with a design for the flag once I'm not busy. Anyone can also submit their flag design since this will take time for me to envision. |

Well yeah, roundels need to be simple really - since, like flags, they need to be identifiable at small sizes from a long way off! Looks nice, though  . |
