Well, a sequel would be a Direct follow up to the original Movie while a relative could just take place in the same universe. (I think.)

I am aware, but it was still a great Movie that I really recommend. But be aware it is R rated for a reason, there is quite a lot of swearing and gratious violence in it and even some nudity.

"Fun to watch" is putting it midly, it is hilarious. Just watch the opening credits to Discover the tone of the movie (and yes, there is a Stan Lee cameo).
