Seeing as there isn't a thread for this yet, I decided to go ahead.
Orion's Arm, for those unfamiliar, is a science fiction setting which spans ten-thousand years. The project, a collaborative effort, has been developed since 2000.
Technology in this setting is restricted to plausible science, yet, is probably one of the more bizarre settings out there. Baseline humans (aka modern humans) are a minority, with numerous other forms of intelligence rising from our civilization.
