Something to think about, or if you'd prefer a darker term, Conspiracy Theory:
Every US President that was assassinated, every single one, was against central banking:
Abraham Lincoln James Garfield William McKinley John Kennedy
and every single one was assassinated by a 'lone gunman'
John Wilkes Boothe Charlie Guiteau Leon Czolgosz Lee Harvey Oswald
The first assassination attempt on a US President, Andrew Jackson, saw both pistols of the 'lone gunman', Richard Lawrence, misfire. And what did Jackson say his greatest accomplishment was on his deathbed? "I killed the Bank" 'The Bank' being The Second Bank of the United States, a central bank.
Regards,

Further fighting against corruption, silver implemented early, abolish of the banking system as was at the time. Further civil rights, stuff of the like. No Grover Cleveland administration, by extension no Harrison, McKinley, or Roosevelt presidencies.
