The book and the TV series only share the name and some of it charterers, but it is a good series if you do not think about how the world came into what it is.

I'm still amused Himmler is the voice of reason. I also do believe that it would've been better if the Nazis did attack the Japanese, as the overextension would've collapsed them in the aftermath of them destroying the Japanese.

If the Germans had attack the Japanese then we would have a very different season 3, now whe might see the Germans invading alternate realities.
