So, i have decided to purchase the domain name for 2 years, thus as of today, alternate-timelines.proboards.com is now alternate-timelines.com.

Alright, then. I suppose that if we ever needed to type that exact URL in, we at least don’t have to type as many letters.

Okay, lets explain how much it cost as i want to be open to it.
First 2 years of a personal domain name is 41 euros, i tried to get alternatetimelines.com but it was taken and could have chosen for alternate-timelines.nl but i decided for alternate-timelines.com.
Second linking you domain name to your Proboards forum, that is also done for 2 years and cost also 40 euros.
Thus for 2 years and no less then 80 Euros this forum now has its own domain name.

Well i had the option of getting int contact with the person who has that domain name true the domain provider, but that would mean i needed to buy it from whatever that person asked and i do no want to do that as he could ask a lot, now i have a good domain name for 2 years and each year from then i can extend if i want to depending if the forum still is running. |
