Yes those are the once, they fired several training torpedoes at the Musashi which only dented here. Of course, ASROC-torpedoes have fifty kg of exsplosives in them and are desgined to take out submarines, they might as well have been throwing rocks. Interestening enough the Mushahi has the opposite problem: her main guns are to powerful, With the Shells passing right through the destroyers unarmoured hull without detonatiing. Better a air attack then, but as it was a school ship vol of young girls i do not think the instuchters wanted here to be sunk only disabled.

There is no heavier-then-air flight here or sending in helicopters With marines to take back the ship would have been the start of the attack.

Then why do the modern ships still have heli pads or did i not see correctly.

Then why do the modern ships still have heli pads or did i not see correctly? Because... because... because this is not Tom Clancy and you should not nitpick every detail for its inaccuracy. If it is any Comfort, this wouldn't be the first time a series has some problem With the details With the Visuals and this is the kind of Thing I expect is to be fixed With the blu-ray release. Just look at Madoka and the vast quality difference between the initial release and the blu-ray.

I now that it is not a Tom Clancy directed anime about young girls crewing a world war II Japanese destroyer, but because i saw in the start of episode a Air ship i therefore assumed the modern ships could also deploy helicopters.

You are not the first to have pointed out the helipad as an inconsistency With the lore. Personally I ascribe it to the studio using a model of an unmodified Aktisuki as placeholder and not having the time to fix it due to time constraint. (which, if you have watched Shirobaku, is depressingly common.)

Finished watching Kill la Kill: I was very surprised by this and how good it was, even though my initial impressions were not that great. But it greatly improved as it went along, brining along a cast of likable characters With excellent performances from their voice actors*, great comedy and lots of action. Go watch it, you Will not be disapointed. *And while Sarah Williams still sounds like Sayaka Miki, Ben Diskin absolutly sold it With his over-the-top Boston accent and sounding like he had the time of his life. Seriously, it is worth watching the episodes he appears in just for his performance.

Comments on Haifuri episode six: -"The Musashi curbstomped sixteen modern destroyers? Something is clearly wrong here." Say wha you Will about the worldbuilding, but at least the characters have two braincells to rub together. - "The ships we have docked can't be sortied right away." Logistics, it's a Thing. Also, seems Kaga and Akagi were completed as Battleships instead of carriers. No Word about Amagi though (she was most likely scrapped due to the WNT). -No, Mike, don't go doubting yourself about Your duty! Save Moeka and have sweet yuri subtext With her! -Why did they make the girl With her eyes always closed a spotter? -"The sign clearly said 'don't forget anything', why did you leave Your phone here?" "I forgot." -But we had the obligatory fanservice episode last time, we don't need another now. -Some Girls are having a bit of an inferiority complex over Wilhemina being a walking Western stereotype. -Character Development! -Mind Control caused by virus theory confirmed. Wait, they are organic instead of robots? But how were they then able to disrubt the electronics? -"One mine could cause all the mines to blow up." It would be a very poorly designed minefield if that is the case. -Sargossa is in the Carribean, not the Pacific. Either the translator didn't think People would know about the Dragon's Triangle or somebody is poor at geography. -Exspostion about Things everybody should already know at this point. -Why don't they tie up Minami before infecting her With the virus? Because drama.

Well, from a arc-based perspective it seems we just finished what I would call the "character focus" arc so the next three episodes should be about finiding out and building up the villian and the last three would be about the good guys Girls dealing With them.

I forgot to mention it but it seems both Yamato and Shinano were completed and that Rin has fallen in love with Mike to. So we both got Our Will, you got Your harem (shudder) and I get the sweet, sweet yuri.

You know, after you saying Gonna be the Twin-Tails! was one of Your favourite animes I knid of had my hopes up for it. I was a bit disapointed. The art was poor, the music was standard, most of the character were pretty boring and I disliked their designs. And the thought alone that someone would want all the Girls in the world to wear twintails, in fact I say let the bad guy have all the twintails and be done With it. The Girls looked cuter without anyway.
