I doubt it - but it could be cool anyway. Dark force ghosts? Why not?

Not sure how I'd feel about this. While it's true that we technically never saw a dead body, everyone's been assuming for 35 years that he does end up dying there. Some kind of Force ghost role might be fun, though, especially if it leads to a Luke vs. Palpatine confrontation (since I am assuming that Luke will have a significant role as a Force ghost in Episode IX).

Star Wars 9 leak: Luke and ANAKIN scene revealed and it's NOT a flashback?

I have no idea how much truth there is behind this - but, if there is any, then this sounds like a very risky plan. It could easily ruin the film if it's mishandled.

It's probably a good thing he's open-minded enough for that. The "big reveal" concerning Rey's parentage was anti-climactic and unsatisfactory in its brevity, if you ask me. In this case, it'd fortunately make canonical sense to retcon that decision, since they can make it so that Kylo was either wrong or lying (which is to be expected, given his position as top dog of the First Order).
However, I hope that they don't make Rey a Skywalker or Kenobi; for whatever reason, I get rather irritated at the idea that she could've been a descendant of either family line.

What about here being related to the emperor, ore is that far fetch. I think that's pretty damned unlikely myself. The prospect of Rey being a Palpatine--though a theory I've heard maybe more than once or twice already--still strikes me as out of the blue, and not in a good way.
And though I'm aware that heredity doesn't necessarily translate to similar-in-every-way parents and children, I'd imagine that she'd possess exceptional and rapidly manifested Force potential right from the get-go, if this were in fact the case.
