Lordroel A couple of suspected typos in the WWI post for today.
a) In the section on the Germans moving forces north during the race to the sea you correctly mention three corps arriving east of Arras. However in the title for the section it refers to 3 German corpses - suspect you missed an spell-checker foul up possibly?
b) two sections down, on the fall of Fort Wavre you have
However I can't see how allies moving from the west could attack his eastern flank so presume it should be western? Or possibly, which would in those circumstances amount to the same thing, his left flank?

No problem. Your taking on a pretty big task with those threads and especially having to do each one day by day. Accidents are bound to happen so please don't apologise.
Of course if those three corps had been replaced by three corpses it might just have shortened the war a bit, especially if the allies did manage to turn the line and keep more of Belgium in friendly hands. Not to mention the German HQ would be wondering where their forces have disappeared to.

The Great War updates i try to make at least a week ahead of schedule, pictures and maps of them are harder to find then the World war II updates, especially the Battle of Britain pics you can find on many, many sites.

One query in the last part of the WWI post. You refer to British forces attacking the German positions in Cameron. However it also reports "Senegalese soldiers seize the bridge at Japoma". Since Senegal was a French colony I would suspect those forces were under French command. Not a significant point [unless your French/Senegalese possibly ] but just a question of a possible inaccuracy?

Lordroel Think there's a small typo in the WWII entry for today. At the end of the Med section you have
Suspect the last couple of words are there by accident? Or possibly part of a broken link to an image?

On the WWI thread there is a typo on the section about the new 4th army. I.e. it says:
That is two 22nd corps. I presume one is either a 21st or 23rd say?

Steve My scource has the same typo, checking the XXIII Reserve Corps (German Empire) in Wikipedia, i think you might be right and it should be the XXIII Reserve Corps and not twice the XXII Reserve Corps.

Lordroel In the WWII entry for the BoB night attacks by the Luftwaffe there is a section
I'm wondering if that 6 should be 60? Otherwise its quite small for a 'main objective' and the about would seem redundant.
Thanks
Steve

Seems you are right as always stevep , one of my trolls who works on the Battle of Britain section has provided me with the a second source i always use which is this: Battle of Britain, Wednesday October 9th 1940
It is a very good page to check if you have time.
