'Earliest Possible Computer Revolution', preferably with the likes of personal computers, smart devices and the internet emerging ITTL as well.

‘Earlier Southern Realignment’ towards the GOP from the Democrats. If I’m not mistaken, someone here once briefly mentioned the possibility that no Great Depression would hasten Dixie’s political one-eighty? Probably. The Upper South in particular was showing signs of this in 1920, 1924 and 1928.

Barring a Great Depression or other similarly sweeping catastrophe, when would the South likely complete its realignment ITTL? And what might than mean for how well the Republicans do in national politics from then forwards, depending on whether the Democrats come to dominate other regions of the country (i.e. the unionized, industrial Midwest)?

I recall hearing something about Congressional Democrats obstructing civil rights legislation in the 1950s until it became politically convenient to pass it under LBJ, but am uncertain about its veracity. Granted, I find it weird that they would’ve just sat on it for so long before acting assuming that it was actually proposed that far back, though politically astute timing could’ve been a factor.

Under Eisenhower, the Republican share of the Black vote went back up and had topped 30% in 1956 IIRC. Just have the Dixiecrats prevent the Civil Rights Plank in 1948 at the DNC or have Nixon call MLK's wife and issue a public statement before JFK in 1960.

Not sure if this would count as underused: Andrey Vlasov (the infamous Soviet Red Army general who defected to Germany during WWII) remaining a student at a Russian Orthodox seminary, never rising to prominence during the Russian Civil War. Unfortunately, he would become another one of the many dead civilians during communism's early years in the USSR. He joined the Red Army in 1919 IOTL, but ITTL had he remained a student of the seminary, he would have been included in the purges. Or he joins the White Army.

In which case, I wonder where his place likely would’ve been if not seminary due to the Reds executing clergymen left, right and center? I know that joining the White Army was floated as an option, though how far up the ranks he’d climb, I don’t know.

Vlasov in the White Army would have gone as far as Sergeant, if he was lucky to live. Otherwise, he'd also end up among the White emigre abroad, trying to help with the dying White Movement's cause.

Alright, then. Otherwise, not much palpable difference as far as how history turns out from that point forwards, then? At least until Operation Barbarossa rolls around?

So what if the USS United States (CVA-58) was build, lets say thanks to some Senators feeling a carrier named after the United States is not allowed to be scrapped.

‘Gustav Noske As A Nazi’. You mean join them as a member. Indeed, I do. Based on his record at least according to Wiki, and what cited historians seem to have said about him (though I know that it’s not necessarily a fully accurate source), Noske probably would’ve made a better National Socialist than Social Democrat. However, whether even the likes of him were murderous and hateful enough to aid in the Third Reich’s rampage throughout Europe—up to and including overseeing its ‘Final Solution’ to delusional conspiracy theories like the whole ‘Jewish Question’ shtick—I’m unsure of.
