Maybe one of them will get the nomination, assuming that no one else enters the race to replace Clinton ITTL.

Quick check on Wiki, see Clinton 1992 campaign, it mentions Tom Harkin [Iowa], Paul Tsongas [Massachusetts ] and Jerry Brown, the former Governor of California as opponents. Those are the main names in the Democratic_primaries along with a 5th name, Bob Kerrey [Nebraska], who came in last. I'm not sure who would have emerged without Clinton standing or if he had failed to get his campaign running. I notice that although Al Gore was a candicate in the 1988 primaries he wasn't here so don't know if he might have figures without Clinton standing?

Looking back at footage (and some commentary) from the '92 campaign trail, he seemed charismatic and personable enough. There was also his iconic saxophone-playing shtick, which showcased him as a man with once-hidden talents, I suppose.
Whether TTL's slate of Democrats could offer something equally good, or at least enough to give Bush Sr. some trouble, I don't know.

He was governor of Arkansas but not sure of any other influence or record.
