Do you mean human or by robotic probes? The latter is far more likely to come 1st unless priorities are considerably different there.

Good point. I suppose interplanetary exploration happening at all, meaning that robotic probes would suffice as well. Still, I’d like to ask about if/when humans are likely to set foot on those planets? |
