Hi all
Hope this is the best place for this. On a naval site I frequent one of the posters has mentioned a couple of articles he's produced for Baen Books. The 1st was on conflict and warships in SF but the 2nd was on suggestions for near future weapons. Thought it might be of interest. See space warfare, for more details. Had a brief look at reference 33 at the end which gives a short example of a possible space battle.
The original thread on the naval site, with references to the 1st article as well as some comments is at naval fiction board. Not sure if you need to have an account there to see it as have been there for a number of years.
Hope they are of interest.
