Darth Vader was the final apprentice of Chancellor-turned-Emperor Sheev Palpatine, a.k.a. Darth Sidious who served as the reigning Dark Lord of the Sith Order. One of his most critical tests to "win" Sith apprenticeship was to kill Sidious's incumbent disciple, Serenno noble and CIS leader Count Dooku--a man instrumental in initiating the galaxy-consuming Clone Wars that raged for three, blood-soaked years.
So say that the Force sends Vader's mind as of Episode VI: Return of the Jedi into Dooku's body as of Episode II: Attack of the Clones--the very same episode that the Clone Wars begins?
This scenario is divided into two separate rounds that each take place in the two officialized SW universes respectively: 1. Canon 2. Legends
Thank you in advance, Zyobot

What, the fact that Vader's been ISOTed into the body of Count Dooku just before the Clone Wars commences? Almost certainly, he'd go crazy at first. But he may have the opportunity to change a few things to his advatange. At least, so long as Sidious fails to see through the charade that Vader-Dooku would have to put up both in and out of his presence.

He'd by all means he tempted and plan to do so eventually, but not immediately. Vader-Dooku is nowhere near powerful enough to stand up to Sidious, let alone challenge him for the mantle of Dark Lord of the Sith. And moving against him at this time would expose him as a traitor, if not necessarily as a time-traveller currently stuck in his elderly apprentice's body.
