With its victory in the First Weltkrieg, it arose to become the most powerful nation on earth. Commanding an empire with influence in Europe, Asia and Africa, the Kaiserreich is surrounded on all sides by burgeoning threats. The Commune of France and Union of Britain, two closely allied Syndicalist powers that both fell to revolutions upon losing in 1919, lie on its western flank. In the east, the Russian Civil War rages on between the Reds and the Whites. And the United States, thanks to a Second Civil War of its own, is currently unable to flex its muscles on the world stage.
All of that changes when a new America--from a TL in which the Allies won the First World War and where it itself became a global superpower by 1986--arrives in the Kaiserreich setting, hatred for socialism and all. What happens next?
Thank you in advance, Zyobot

Unfortunately, the best map I could find at the moment was this one from Ageorgio.com. Hopefully, it gives us something to work with for now. Also, for those unfamiliar with it, TV Tropes provides a good summation of what the Kaiserreich universe is about (though do keep in mind there may be spoilers).

With the map situation settled for now, I wonder how the Kaiserreich powers will receive this newly arrived, ardently anti-communist United States from a different 1986. The German Empire, after getting over the initial shock of the ISOT, would likely be intrigued and curious at what they're witnessing.
On the other hand, the socialist nations--namely the Commune of France and the Union of Britain--would start sweating bullets as soon as they realized what just happened.

Is the Russian Republic friendly towards 1986 OTL America ore hostile. Again looking over the Kaiserreich wiki, the Republic’s legislature is split between socialistic, mixed-economy and monarchist conservative elements. Moreover, Russian authorities also thwarted the Kolchak Putsch—a failed coup instigated by capitalists, some officers, Cossacks, and remnants of the Czech Legion—twelve years before. Chances are they’d be wary, as well as divided over whether to be friendly or hostile towards this new, fully united America. The leftward legislators would prove truculent, while the more centrist and rightward ones might have mixed opinions. Maybe the US might offer the Russian Republic a deal, i.e. tech-sharing in exchange for their cooperation (and perhaps I explicitly, shifting to the right politically).

But maybe an offer on the former’s part to share that oh-so-shiny tech might ease the latter’s fears. The German Empire would be intrigued and curious at the appearance of a 50-years-ahead, diehard anti-socialist, fully United States that’s a global superpower from where they’re from. Perhaps they’d vye for America’s help in curtailing the Syndicalist elements of the world. However, that’d in all likelihood have to wait since the US economy would go bonkers with the sudden, ISOT-inspired loss of its overseas markets and assets.

Almost certainly not the British or French (since, you know, they're both socialist).

That's a possibility but politics can make strange bedfellows. A US used to being top dog and coming into a German dominated world might be more than willing to look to at least safeguard weak rivals to Germany against attack, depending on how socialist they actually how. Although this is likely to be mitigated by the fact the US seems to have a significant chronological advantage coming from 50 years later if I read this correctly. Which means a US at the height of the cold war and with thousands of nuclear weapons, has nothing to fear militarily from Germany and once its overcome the shock of the transition industrially and scientifically either. Might have been more interesting if they both came from the same time period. Even a 1936 US although only lightly armed compared to Germany would have an economy to rival/eclipse Germany.
