Was assuming that he would be able to speak English, but looking at the Warhammer 40,000 wiki i do not see it in the list of official Languages which do have to cool names of Low Gothic, High Gothic, Lingua-technis and Cant Mechanicus. So i think you are right, Area 51 will have to handle a very powerful Human, who speak a strange Languages and is most likely not friendly to humans he will consider very primitive in his eyes. Indeed. In addition to the obvious and inevitable socio-cultural and technological disparities between we 2019 people and the recently arrived Space Marine, nearly 40,000 years' worth of linguistic drift and hybridization would render Gothic--whether of the High or Low branch--thoroughly unintelligible to anyone alive today. Whether they could find a different way to initiate and facilitate at least basic communication with their superhuman captive is another question. And if by some stretch both sides were able to fully understand each other, the Area 51 staff present would doubtlessly be shocked and utterly horrified at the kind of grimdark, galaxy-wide dystopia he comes from.
And they discover that that he is from a game, that if he comes to our Earth.

The game will tell them a great deal of what they need to know, and perhaps the authorities will aim to...speak with Games Workshop for "consultation" purposes. Even so, there's a lot they'll still have to somehow pry from the Space Marine themselves since no one can possibly know absolutely everything that exists and happens within the Warhammer 40K universe itself. If the Marine finds himself on a modern Earth where the game doesn't exist, however...

While the emperor to be will on the search for the Space Marine if he knows that he is on Earth. He'll also have to keep in mind that searching for the Space Marine might also put him at further risk of being found by police or FBI agents who are looking for him throughout the US. Then again, he's E-Money; surely, the most powerful, downright godlike Psyker in human history can handle himself.

I don't know much about the WK40K universe but is the god-emperor's power inherent from birth or was it developed over time or possibly through some sort of gain of abilities? If so while a young emperor might exist currently he may not be aware of his abilities and future? Would be ironic if such a person has actually played the game without realising the connection.
Given the chaotic mess that the empire is, having looked at one of the Youtube links on it, I suspect that even if willing to do so the space marine wouldn't be able to help them much factually and could even confuse things by his interpretation of the universe he lives in.

Seems according to the Warhammer 40,000 wiki: As the millennia passed, the man who would become the Emperor watched the human race develop. He travelled the entire globe, watching and helping, sometimes adopting the persona of a great leader or advisor. In times of trouble He became a crusader, a religious leader or even a messiah, at other times He remained a back-stage contributor to events, an advisor to kings, a court magician, a pioneering scientist. Many of the guises He adopted were humble, others became monumental figures of world history or religion. At times of crisis He would be there, steering the human race along a narrow path to survival that only He could see.
So i can assume he is very powerful, very rich, very influential and surly will know about all the places where dark secrets exist like Area 51.

OK right. So whether he knows about his 'destiny' to become emperor of humanity and what it would involve he would definitely be about now and very powerful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the info. Could imagine his conversation with the space marine being rather interesting, whether or not the marine identified him as the future emperor.

How exactly might Emps establish communication with the Marine, though? Perhaps he’d initiate telepathic contact, since the guy is an Alpha-plus Psyker. If the Marine happens to be a Librarian, maybe they’d handle such a mental encounter better. Unfortunately, he’d prove extremely...unstable for Area 51 to contain if that were the case.

Sorry don't know enough about the WH40k universe to be able to say much about it.

It’s fine, no pressure. Going back to the Frivolous Fandom scenario at hand, I wonder which Astartes Chapter has Marines that are the best prepared for surviving on 21st Century Earth, like our superhuman captive at Area 51. For one, the Blood Angels would be an absolute no-no.

Also, God(s) forbid that even one Chaos Marine crashes on 21st Century Earth.
