I knew of this comic, but saw nothing about an encounter between the Doctor and the Q.
Good point as in the Wiki link it doesn't mention him at all.

I knew of this comic, but saw nothing about an encounter between the Doctor and the Q. Seems i made a mistake and it was only the Doctor and the crew of the Enterprise.

A meeting of transcendent beings would've fulfilled the criteria of my proposed scenario, at least in the loosest sense of what the words stipulated.

'WI Jake The Dog (From Adventure Time) Became One Of Ash Ketchum's Pokemon?' What are his abilities. Sorry for the wait, I can summarize his abilities now. He's the deuteragonist of Adventure Time, an animated TV series that aired on Cartoon Network from 2010 to 2018. Jake is a magical talking dog with extraordinary stretchy and shapeshifting abilities that allow him to change his shape and size at will. Here's a compilation of some of his supposedly "best moments" from the show:

‘WI Donald Trump Ruled The Galactic Empire?’ Apart from its frivolousness, this one’s also too political for Fandom AH.

Either, or. If they were to study him, I doubt they'd get too far trying to reverse-engineer his bodily composition.
Assuming Area 51 were somehow able to contain him--I have no clue how they'd achieve that--the researchers might observe the Marine screaming in indecipherable tongues and perhaps praying to what seems to be an unknown god. Given his clear hostility and the inevitable language barrier, I doubt he could be interrogated unless the authorities salvaged a working universal translator off of him.

Was assuming that he would be able to speak English, but looking at the Warhammer 40,000 wiki i do not see it in the list of official Languages which do have to cool names of Low Gothic, High Gothic, Lingua-technis and Cant Mechanicus. So i think you are right, Area 51 will have to handle a very powerful Human, who speak a strange Languages and is most likely not friendly to humans he will consider very primitive in his eyes.

Indeed. In addition to the obvious and inevitable socio-cultural and technological disparities between we 2019 people and the recently arrived Space Marine, nearly 40,000 years' worth of linguistic drift and hybridization would render Gothic--whether of the High or Low branch--thoroughly unintelligible to anyone alive today.
Whether they could find a different way to initiate and facilitate at least basic communication with their superhuman captive is another question. And if by some stretch both sides were able to fully understand each other, the Area 51 staff present would doubtlessly be shocked and utterly horrified at the kind of grimdark, galaxy-wide dystopia he comes from.
