Probably whoever the highest-ranking member of theirs is, which would presumably be a Jedi General like Yoda or Mace Windu, if they were sent along. Until they reestablish communication, though, scattered armies and fleets might just operate as their own entities led by whoever their immediate leaders are. If task forces led by Anakin Skywalker and/or Obi-Wan Kenobi find themselves alone in the void of space for the time being, then odds are they’d assume control over their forces until finding some higher-ranking Jedi general out there who was also teleported to the Milky Way. What Star Trek series period are they transported to, i like to see them showing up during the DS9 and the Dominion War. Good suggestion. Since that seems to be an especially dire time for the Federation and other (relatively) free, liberal-democratic powers throughout the Alpha Quadrant, to the Dominion War it is then. |

Lucas now has the actual Star Wars characters to portray themselves on Lucasfilm's behalf. Though, they might demand more input into the storyline and act more consistently true-to-character than their original actors, who might've insensibly "flip-flopped" based on what the writers wanted from them. |
