Yep, you are 100 % right. Heh. I wonder what the probability of actually finding a hippie and/or libertarian Darth in one of those Infinities TLs must be. Personally, I’m interested in a do-whatever, maybe even anarcho-capitalistic Sith who liberally uses the Dark Side, but also believes in the NAP. Such an OC of mine would make for a striking contrast to the domineering, power-hungry Dark Lords we’re typically familiar with, but I digress for now. Now i wondering what if all of the Jedi during the Clone Wars become Sith and all Sith become Jedi.

Now i wondering what if all of the Jedi during the Clone Wars become Sith and all Sith become Jedi. A whole lotta' crazy, that's what. With the Jedi having become Sith, they'll now be selfish and power-hungry to the point of attempting to seize control of the Republic by force (no pun intended), which may bring them into conflict against the Clone Troopers under their command early since that's where their loyalties lie. Plus, there will be plenty of infighting among their ranks even without the rest of an astonished galaxy turning against them. And what role would a certain Hero With No Fear--who was dancing so close to the darkness, but may now feel the tug of the light due to the sudden inversion--play in this ordeal, I wonder? In regards to the Sith turned Jedi, maybe Dooku's one-eighty will make him into a sincere freedom fighter who runs the CIS, which has now been emboldened by the Jedi turned Sith turning on their own forces as well as each other. Since Palpatine will want to flee the scene due to the Order now seeking to depose him, he may actually want the Seppies to win the war ITTL.

So who would be the strongest of the now turned Jedi as you once said, there can only be 2 Sith at one time. According to the Rule of Two, perhaps. While the Jedi turned Sith will inevitably start fighting one another for the position of top dog at some point or another, they may toss Darth Bane's rule into the trashcan and either form an order similar to that of the older Empires that had many Sith at once, or--less likely in the short term--the strongest among them will establish a hierarchy resembling Darth Krayt's Rule of One. As for who is the most powerful Jedi turned Sith at the moment, it's likely a contest between Yoda and Mace Windu. And even though he's the Chosen One and all, Anakin Skywalker probably doesn't count since his Force potential hasn't yet been fully realized.

'Sheldon Cooper To Real World'. I wonder how Chuck Lorre, Bill Prady, Jim Parsons and the remaining cast and crew of the Big Bang Theory would react coming face to face with the picky, idiosyncratic, socially inept theoretical physicist who's arguably the star of the show.
Conversely, Dr. Cooper would get the news of a lifetime learning that at least from OTL perspective, he's a fictional character--and so is pretty much everyone he knows, aside from those people who have real-life counterparts (i.e. Bill Nye and James Earl Jones).

I would guess Dr. Cooper would suffer a meltdown.

I would guess Dr. Cooper would suffer a meltdown. Well, that's a no-brainer. Doubly so (likely more) if he has no way of getting back to his own setting. In addition to probably needing a psychologist to get him through this time of quite literal existential crisis, he might also try to seek work in hopes of the physics that he knows also apply in our world? I dunno whether CalTech would hire him or not, and even if there's appeal on the part of staff and students to being alongside the Sheldon Cooper in the flesh, his inevitable displays of social ineptitude would get old pretty quickly.

'Galactic Republic Gets Imperial Guard Vehicles'. Goodbye AT-TE, hello Baneblade! What do they need with a Baneblade. I just thought the idea of the competent Clone Troopers operating those kinds of formidable tanks made for a badass mental image. Though, whether the Republic has the industrial capacity and STEM knowledge to produce them in comparable, if not greater numbers than the Imperium's is uncertain. Perhaps even more consequential, however, would be the GAR's newfound access to Titans. Having those colossal walkers deployed onto the battlefield would turn the tide in engagements with the CIS Droid Army. It'd be interesting to see the Separatists get their own Imperial equipment and machinery so that the resulting war is made more equitable as well.

'Communist Sheev Palpatine'. It'd be interesting to explore how a totalitarian socialist Sith rises to power, compared to the space fascist version of the character in OTL Star Wars.

'Scooby Doo Protagonists As FBI Agents'. That would be fun to watch. Agreed. With FBI training and skills at their disposal, Shaggy and Scooby will have presumably overcome their jumpy, run-like-hell tendencies as well as learned to keep their endless appetites in check when need be.
