This apparently occurred during August 2008 where some youngster in the American state of Georgia confused where she lives with the country named Georgia.She also really can't spell!
There is debate over whether this whole thing is a hoax. If not, it is rather alarming. Firstly at the state of education. Secondly at how the first response is to turn to asking random strangers on the internet to worry if the Russians are invading!
