Technically, yes. But they’re not exactly...genuine, e.g. the Dear Leader being the only choice on the ballot, if I’m not mistaken.

When I say ‘actual democratic election’, I’m talking about qualifications like multiple candidates running, a free press covering their campaigning, no ‘funny business’ preventing common people who fulfill reasonable standards (i.e. being over eighteen years of age), the whole nine yards.

What the DPRK has now—quite frankly—utterly fails in these regards.
