How would Doctor Who be regarded if all the Hartnell-Troughton episodes existed today?

How would Doctor Who be regarded if all the Hartnell-Troughton episodes existed today? Looking at the Missing episode page on the Doctor Who wiki i can see that more than 97 episode are missing, that is a lot. |

I'm not sure being able to watch The Macra Terror in all its broadcast glory would add much to the legend that is Doctor Who.
It would be nice to watch ALL of the Dalek's Master Plan - even though it is five hours of TV...
