Brown v. Board of Education is decided differently

In our TL, Earl Warren was able to convince the previously divided U.S. Supreme Court to agree to a unanimous opinion which declared segregated schools to be unconstitutional. However, what if Chief Justice Fred Vinson survived and a majority of the U.S. Supreme Court would have declared that segregation is not unconstitutional as long as the facilities are genuinely equal?
