Let's say that the future King Francis I of France is born a girl in 1494. This fact, combined with the fact that French King Louis XII still won't have any surviving sons when he dies in 1515 means that the French throne would first pass to Charles IV, Duke of Alencon (known as King Charles X in this TL) and later on to Charles III, Duke of Bourbon (known as King Charles XI in this TL) after the former Duke of Alencon dies without having any surviving sons.
Anyway, what kinds of Kings would Charles X and Charles XI of France be in this TL?

I suspect not really. Probably going to have France clashing as OTL with the Hapsburg colossus under Charles V and will also probably have some sort of reformation occurring along with the discovery of the 'New World' and opening of sea routes to Asia so the questions might be how they respond to those factors and probably some internal ones as well.
