Month 1, 0 A.T. (Anno Temporalis)
The morning dawn comes to the landless planet at last, bringing along the first three nations to inhabit it:
The United States from OTL 2012, on the day President Barak Obama is sworn in for the second time; Puerto Rico, the U.S Virgin Islands, and all other overseas American territories (excluding the Philippines) are brought along The Continental Provinces of Albion from The Course of Human Events, circa. 2017; its Caribbean island possessions (Cuba and Puerto Rico) and overseas territories of the realm are brought along Panem from the Hunger Games series, during the events of the first movie
Within the first few minutes of the Event, there is panic and confusion all around. This sends thousands of people at Washington DC (where the inauguration was taking place) into a frenzy when it is mistaken for a terrorist attack; however, there does't seem to be any suspects around and most of the buildings/landmarks in the city are still intact. The newly inaugurated president, after being briefed on the situation by the White House staff and the FBI, immediately takes action by enacting several emergency measures to bring everything back under control.
The US undergoes a brief lockdown until the dust settles and the perceived threat is nonexistent. After checking their surroundings, the Americans realize that they're not on Earth any more, and wherever they ended up on is a planet filled with nothing but water. That...plus they're not the only ones here.
Not too far from the US stands a nation similar to it, but with a different history. The Continental Provinces of Albion undergoes the same crisis as its neighbor until the navies of both countries come into contact with each other. A meeting between President Obama and King Michael I is set for next month in Albion's capital city of Americus, to discuss the predicament and a possible economic/cultural alliance.
Meanwhile, the appearance of a new continent, where the higher-ups within the government make children fight and kill each other for entertainment purposes, is a cause of alarm for both sides. At the moment the US and Albion can't do anything about it, so the invasion of Panem isn't a possibility for now.
So begins the new world's turbulent yet interesting history.

Our ISOT'd entities are, as follows: Laramidia: ISOT'd off the Eastern Seaboard of North America, Laramidia is a wild, dangerous place, home to prehistoric creatures hailing from the Mesozoic both real and fictional, such as the Prehistoric Dragon from 'Dragons: A Fantasy Made Real', several species of predatory dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus rex and Dakotaraptor, and many other types of dinosaurs like hadrosaurs, ceratopsians, and titanosaur sauropods. Skull Island: ISOT'd to the north of Laramidia, this version of Skull Island does not arrive with the infamous Skullcrawlers, with their sulfur-filled home, meanwhile, being covered up by a lake. What does come along, however, is the rest of its unique ecosystem, such as a population of around 3000 Titanoardipithecus randa, otherwise known informally as 'King Kong' once they are discovered by the 'civilized world' of the USA, Albion, and Panem. New Berk: Hailing from the island of Berk -known in OTL as Bear Island-, New Berk's more like a shanty town than an actual village, and while the tribe still have their Dragons, squamates that independently evolved powered-flight during the early Paleocene, it may be fair to assume this won't last. The society of New Berk is similar to that of OTL's Vikings, but there are a few differences, such as polyamory being legal -yet not widely practiced-, a standard curriculum of education being in put in place that was adapted from an unknown -presumably Jewish- source, and the discovery of high-quality steel in the form of 'Gronckle Iron'. Events for Month 2, 0 A.T. (Anno Temporalis):- One month passes after the Event commences, and three more entities are ISOT'd into the world, exclusively off the coast of the Eastern Seaboard. While nothing momentous happens in Laramidia in spite of it having Prehistoric Dragons harassing the military reconnaissance team sent to survey the prehistoric continent for potential resources, Skull Island and New Berk are a different story.
- On Skull Island, once the recon team manages to break through the storm-bank surrounding the island, contact between the team sent onto the island and the Iwi does not devolve into violence, yet tension is still in the air due to the fact the natives are entirely silent, only communicating via basic gestures. The reasons for why the natives are speechless, however, soon become apparent when Skull Island's unusually hostile wildlife -in the form of the native Ants described by Hank Marlow and a single Mother Longlegs- is attracted down to the understory, causing havoc among the party, at least until the 'Bird Ants' are driven off when their Mother Longlegs is killed by the superior firepower of the US Military, albeit with three members of the Iwi and Recon parties being killed after they were either impaled by the spears on the Mother Longlegs' legs or liquified by the acid-spit of the Bird Ants. Once contact is made with the other sapient creature on the island -AKA the Kongs-, however, the recon party's concerns rise, and they report back to the mainland with this troubling news, with the military deciding to keep an eye on the island until further notice, which, while confusing for the natives since the island's already a prison for the more dangerous wildlife, is understandable as a further precaution in the unlikely event that the Skullcrawlers are ISOT'd onto the island.
- New Berk, meanwhile, has a different problem, in the form of a language barrier between the Norse Vikings and the party sent in by Albion's forces. Confusion is in full-swing here, and due to the fact that these vikings hail from the 11th Century and not the 21st Century, the Norse translation goes, if not poorly, less swimmingly then liked by both parties. While tensions aren't high, since Hiccup is a pacifist and not a warmonger, peace between the nations, therefore, is maintained, albeit with some underlying tension between New Berk and Albion due to the latter being highly advanced when compared to the almost exclusively melee weapons built by the Vikings.
- Panem goes under fire for their wanton disregard of human rights, and tensions rise when Panem denies the request for them to halt the Hunger Games, due to 'traditional reasons'. A cold war soon sets in, and while Panem is vulnerable due to allocating its primary sources of production to one district only, they still have a formidable military force, and that means any wrong step will result in war erupting on the water-world.

Could you please give some background on this one please? I couldn't find anything on it either on Wiki or google, the later mentioning an historical history book from 2013. Sounds like its part of N America from a world where it stayed united with Britain.
Might have a go at a later turn once I get a clearer idea what's going on. Although with 3 nations being added each turn, especially if so many of them are as large as the US its going to fill up and also be very complex pretty quickly as everybody struggles to understand each other.
