A Greco-Italian alliance would have been more suitable with a Duce who isn't Mussolini. Someone pragmatic like Balbo, or an unknown like Farinacci (Roberto Farinacci, the more outspoken Italian anti-Semite), who would view Greece more as a suitable partner (err....underling) than an actual colony. However, I'm not sure if there was a Greek fascist movement that had the same anti-Slav bias as Mussolini's Italy had, given that the Mare Nostrum was aimed at annexing all of Dalmatia, Albania and Montenegro.
Would also be interesting how Romania may factor into the scenario involving Axis aligned Greece, as they would have their territories targeted by Bulgarian irredentism (Dobruja and Eastern Thrace). If the Allies still win TTL's WWII, they would be the ones to dismantle Yugoslavia for its alliance with Germany.
