How do you think the middle east would look today if Saddam Hussein and Ahmed Hassan al-Bakr's 1968 coup fails would there be peace or same problems different nations

Also which coups are you talking about.

I am too at a loss as to which 'coups' you are taking about here. Saddam's internal bloodless coup which put him in power? Or do you mean 'coup' in a different manner as in the attempts he made for regional dominance such as launching wars against Iran and Kuwait or maybe the attempted bombing of Bush 41 in Kuwait in 1993. Do tell?

Without the change in Iraqi leadership in such a manner back in the 60s when the Ba'athists came to power, there would be no Gulf War in 1991 nor any Iraq War in 2003. That is a given because the butterflies there will be massive. The implications of an Iraq not led by either of them too are extensive and certainly regional.
