Only a few, including the name of Barsoom itself; the Dark Earth Continent of Cimmeria, which will be coming up soon, is more similar to the Burroughs-esque portrayal of Mars. The various species and history of Mars is quite different. Dark Earth Continent of Cimmeria that sounds interesting. |

It lies to the east of Barsoom and is far more similar to 'traditional' versions of life on Mars. Both are fairly backward compared to Earth.
