Interesting although there were movements in borders before the arrival of Europeans so I assume it relates to who occupied such lands immediately prior to western colonisation? Would give a fasinating background to the relatively [in historical terms] recent history of many of those lands.
Had a quick play with it for a few locations and a hell of a lot of research gone into this. Most of the names I don't recognise at all.

I put in my hometown and got the Pamunkey, who I know of, and the Conoy, who up until then I did not. Very detailed indeed. |
