In the UK general election of 1945, the British voters booted out Churchill's Conservatives. This was to do with the domestic situation rather than the victory which had been won in the war. However, what if Churchill was able to win? What would bring that about? What would it change post-war?

It seems unlikely as the Tories had ignored a lot of developments inside Britain including how dramatically government intervention had improved the lot of the people during the war.
If it did then we probably have a more militarised and less developed socially and economically Britain. Also Churchill is likely to take a more autocratic line on the empire which could be make India and other areas even worse unless the rest of the cabinet sit on him very heavily. Furthermore with Facism defeated and the problems with Stalin this could make his anti-communism more strident. In turn that probably means the crisis in Europe more tense and you might see communism be more successful in France and Italy because many people wouldn't want another war.
Overall, while he was very important in moblising will to resist the Nazis in 1940-42 he had made too many mistakes and his time had passed.

I suspect not a lot of good would have come out of it. For example, would the NHS even have been formed, and would the railways ever get nationalised?
I'm guessing the post-war rebuilding would have been pretty stagnant and the government would have become massively unpopular, then they would have been utterly crushed in 1950 or whenever the next election is. Then, we'd probably have a Labour government for the whole of the 1950s, where they do the things that they did in the late 1940s in OTL.
