But it was not Hoover speaking when he was president, it was during the opening day of the Republican National Convention held at the International Ampitheater in Chicago, IL in 1960, this is Herbert Hoover making last speech as President. |

A FDR a day keeps the Depression away. That Hoover fellow is better handled outside the Oval Office, where he can't ruin the international economy. |
