How is history affected if some warlock/witch/magican/magic power decides to turn one of our world's royal princes into a same aged princess?
to start off, deciding to celebrate Prince Charles's third birthday in 1951 by transforming him into a three year old Charlotte complete with lacy birthday dress?

Well she will marry nice man, have children and like here male counterpart, will still as of 2018 wait to take the throne as Queen Charlotte I.

Actually I'm not sure of the last part. I think for the following generation the inheritence rules have been changed for age to take priority over sex but as it stands IIRC Andrew would take precedent over both OTL Princess Anne and TTL Princess Charlotte. So on the current queen's death we would have King Andrew I! At least unless the laws were changed so that Charlotte would take precedent over Andrew.

Well then he will have to wait until the immortal Queen dies of old age.
