Possibly, or as a virtual monopoly it stagnates and assorted small rivals start to eat into its market. Although when the film companies start expressing a new interest - this being after the 1st Superman films for instance, this could change. |

Although when the film companies start expressing a new interest - this being after the 1st Superman films for instance, this could change. They'd have an uphill fight as to getting superhero movies out. You'd definitely have competition from other comics publishers a la Image, Dark Horse, etc. |
