Possibly, or as a virtual monopoly it stagnates and assorted small rivals start to eat into its market. Although when the film companies start expressing a new interest - this being after the 1st Superman films for instance, this could change. |

They'd have an uphill fight as to getting superhero movies out. You'd definitely have competition from other comics publishers a la Image, Dark Horse, etc. |
