Now this theory has some holes in it, but some have pointed out Austria and Prussia might've been able to defeat the Revolutionary forces if not for Their partitions of Poland in 1792 and 1795, thoughts on this?

Well if they weren't doing that they would still have been eyeing each other nervously but it might have meant more troops and/or a more serious attempt to crush the revolution early on. Heard it both ways as to how close the early revolution might have been to being snuffed out. Although if the Bourbon monarchy had been restored by foreign military it could have meant a period of considerable instability in France for a while afterwards as its unlikely to endear the dynasty to many of the French.

The common story I've heard is those were the critical years and Prussia especially was not really caring. Austria did most and Austria's army well kind of sucks. I mean i don't think it decided the fate of Europe, however, interesting.
