The POD is James Earl Ray is arrested when he commits one of crimes he did to support himself while he was on the run before he killed Dr. King. He is shipped back to the prison he escaped from. Dr. King's new focus would be on fighting poverty. He would stir new controversy with his criticism of the capitalism. The doctors who performed his autopsy said the 39 year old Dr. King had the body of a 60 year old. He was an overweight smoker with a stressful job. So I see him dying of natural causes circa 1978.

Well i do not see him becoming Vice-president, i remember once a TV documentary called What if where he became Vice-president to Robert Kennedy and then becoming president before later he was assassinated. |
