OTL Prussia allowed Napoleon III to trounce A-H in Italy, thus depriving the German League of this valuable territory and enabling the unification of Italy. Then Bismarck and the Kaiser made the huge mistake of inducing the GL to exclude A-H, so that when Germany was unified after defeating France (which the GL had to do without A-H's assistance), it did not include A-H. A-H had a stronger force than France in Italy (although Napoleon send half his army to Italy quite fast, using trains for the first time for effective transportation of large forces), with 22,000 cavalry and 220,000 men, but they were poorly lead and promptly defeated.
ATL Prusia avails itself of the fact that Napoleon has half his army in Italy, the perfect occassion to defeat France with A-H's help and to save Italy for the GL. Accordingly, when A-H is defeated in Monebello on May 20, 1859, Bismarck and the Kaiser send 10 divisions to Italy to reinforce A-H and defeat the French expedition. Prusia also convinces all members of the GL (Bavaria, Saxony, etc,) to invade France from the east with the rest of the Prussian army, catching Napoleon III completely out of balance and forcing him to fight in 2 distant fronts, separated by mountanous, neutral Switzerland and against mush stronger forces on both fronts.
The completely unexpected GL attack from the east causes Napoleon III in Italy to panick, even before the Prussian divisions engage him in Italy. The GL advances rapidly to capture Sedan and Reims, causing rapid withdrawal of the weak French forces all over the front to defend Paris. The Germans chase them closely, capturing most of the guns, munitions and supplies.
When 10 aggressive Prussian generals arrive in Italy, they immediately deploy the massive cavalry to cut off Napoleon's supply lines and possible routes of retreat and attack Napoleon's force in a pincer movement, which smashes the French van, rapidly defeating and capturing Napoleon III, the French, Piedmonetese and Sardinian fieldmasrshals and generals.
The fall of Napoleon III renders the defense of Paris moot against much stronger forces, so French forces capitulate everywhere, including the colonies, which cannot endure withtout support from France.
A-H not only keeps Italy, but the massive Prussian-AH force in Italy and the GL forces in France, Bavaria and Austria immediately invade Switzerland, causing its capitulation in weeks. GL forces in Gallizia, Hungary, etc, invade Romania simultaneously, while GL leaders convene in Versaille to unify Germany (including A-H and its Italy and annex France and its colonies, Switzerland and Romania. Prussia also rapidly invades weak Denmark without declaring war and incorporates its navy and commertial fleet. Germany builds ships in French and Danish shipyards, rapidly expanding its navy and commercial fleet (already boosted by France's and Denmark's)
Massive Germany then presents Holland with an offer to request annexation by Germany, which will send a million settlers (including many times more Dutch than have migrated in centuries, because they will have jobs and modern towns and cities to live in) to secure and rapidly develop the barely settled (a few thousand Dutch) DEI, Suriname and A,B, C Islands, build railroads, roads, shipyards, steel, flour and sugarmills, lumberyards, factories (nutritious marmelades of tamarind, guava, pineapple, blackberry, strawberry, etc, made with healthy brown sugar and amaranth, clothing, munitions, bicycles, etc, fish, fruit and meat canneries), universities, schools, hospitals, etc, in dozens of new cities and hundreds of new towns and to clear the jungle for spieces (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, etc,), cashews, peacons, almonds, coffee, cacao, rubber, tamarind, coconut, banana, guava, avocado, mango, licorice plantations, grasslands, sugar, rice, tobacco, amaranth, peanut, ginger, cabbage, tomato, strawberry, blackberry, pineapple, turmeric, hyabiscus, potato, oatmeal, soy, lentil, bean farms, cattle, sheep, fowl, shrimp, crab, oyster and pig farms and ranches. To exploit efficiently in a large scale fishery, mining, logging, tourism, etc, Germany will also provide work around the clock in Dutch shipyards if Holland is annexed by Germany and steel to build them. Unemployed Dutch will be able to find jobs anywhere in germany, including Dutch and French colonies. Otherwise, Germany will invade the DEI with the former French navy and the huge German army will invade Holland rapidly after much useless bloodshed. Holland requests annexation, providing its navy, foreign trade institution, excellent shipyards, textile and shocolate fctories, an enterprising, well educated population, etc,
Deploying its navy (now including the French, Danish and Dutch navies) and 8 divisions of excellent infantry and cavalry (now including French, Dutch, Swiss troops) in 1861 Germany invades weak Afrikaner South Africa, which has under 100,000 people. Germany sends 200,000 settlers to develop and secure the colony.
In January 1862 Germany persuades Britain to use Canada, Jamaica, British and German Guianas, the Falklands, etc, and the formidable German and British navies and armies to invade and share the invaluable northern US and Latin America, while the US is heavily engaged in the civil war and all Latin America has small and weak navies and armies. Britain will recover the former American colonies and acquire large, valuable territories in Latin America at a small cost, compared to wars in Europe. Britain agrees and within months a large expeditionary force disembarks in Atlantic city, without declaring war.

Thanks. No, there is no France, it is a German province. However, there is a German-British invasion of all Latin America, which as France proved OTL with a small force, was quite easy. Even the US was quite weak in 1862, when the Confederacy was trouncing it, its cavalry was lousy and its armament had not been modernized yet.
When the European forces disembark in the US and advance from Canada, the Confederacy will be quite pleased. Without reinforcements in the southern front, the Confederacy will kick butt even better, capturing Wasington and most of the government. Grant and Sherman will have to redeploy from the western front to the east coast and be promptly trounced when they arrive.
The RN will wipe out the USN, break the blockade and secure New Orleans and access to the Mississipi and to German and British armament, munitions, metals, sugar, coffee, tea, medication and medical supplies and other invaluable goods for the Confederacy.

While Germany is expanding in the Americas, forces from the GEI invade the extremely weak PI, Formosa, Portuguese Timor and Macao. German forces from South Africa occupy Angola, from Madagascar occupy Mozambique, from Reunion, seize Goa and from Dakar seize Cape Verde and the Azores. The US capitulates in Nov, 1862. Germany invades Hawaii in 1863 from Acapulco.
Germany also offers the Tsar not to interfere with a Russian invasion of the Ottoman empire and Persia and to provide armament, shipping and naval support to assist the invasion, provided Russia yiels Alaska, its Polish territory, the Baltic Countries, Finland and Belorrusia to Germany (receiving the armament, etc, as payment) and grants unlimited access to German ships in the Black and Red Seas and the Persian Gulf.
Russia has always wanted the Ottoman empire and Persia, but has been thwarted by Poland-Lithuania, France, Sweden and Austria. Now Russia is much stronger than the Ottoman empire and with German armament, etc, it can certainly defeat it. Alaska has a few hundred Russians and with Germany and Britain advancing rapidly in the US and Latin America, it will soon be invaded anyway and the western Russian territories are much smaller and less valuable than the Ottoman empire and Persia and invaluable access to the Med and Red Seas and Indian Ocean. The Tsar immediately sends a committee to negotiate the exact amounts of armament, munitions, supplies, nshipping and naval support that Russia will receive in exchange for its territories yielded to Germany. In May 1863 Russia invades the Ottoman empire and Persia with 420,000 men.
Persia capitulates in 3 months and the Ottoman empire is completely occupied within a year. However, Russia loses 1/4 million men inthe year of fighting.
With the Russian army exhausted and having lost its most experienced men in 1964, Germany attacks it in May 1964. The German navy wipes out the Russian Baltic and White Sea fleets. St. Petersburg falls rapidly under attack from Finland, Estonia, Belorussia and by naval artillery. Moscow falls within 2 months to columns from Belorussia and St Petersburg, supplied by an excellent German RR system in the Baltic and Belorrusia. German forces from Romania take Kiev, Odessa, Nikolaev and Crimea with strong naval support. British forces take Istambul, the RN enters the Black Sea, wipes out the Russian Black Sea fleet and lands British troops north of the Caucasus range and seize important passes through it, isolating all Russian forces south of the range. Russia loses rapidly most of its army (much of it in the former Ottoman empire and Persia), guns, munitions, supplies, Ukranian grain, industry, workforce, horses, etc, The Tsar capitulates in April 1865. Gemrany and Britain rule the World.
In 1867 Germany convinces Britain to use the RN and Indian and Australian troops to invade China and Japan, together with German forces from Indochina, the DEI, PI and Formosa. Germany invades Thailand from Indochina in 4 months. Germany starts training and using coastal Chinese mercenaries within 3 months of starting the invasion of China.
China falls in 17 months. Germany then uses Chinese workers to build an extensive RR system in its Chinese territory and to build the Trans Siberian RR starting from the east. Russian workers build the RR from Tsarina east and westward and from Moscow eastward. Germany also builds a transcontinental RR in the US, 100,000 km of RR in Latin America and 30,000 km in Africa between 1866 and 1878.

Prussia and Britain had excellent relations since the 7 years war through 1900, only in the 20th century did all hell break loose between them, because Germany was much weaker than ATL, had few shipyards and limited industry, agriculture and mineral resources, ridiculously poor colonies (ultra dry Namibia, Tangagnika, part of New Guinea, Guam, part of Cameroon) and very few naval bases and coaling stations. While Britain could ally itself with a strong France (good navy and strong army), Italy, Romania, Russia (much more modern, industrialized and better led than in the 1860s), etc,
In contrast, ATL Germany is much larger, stronger and it has French, Dutch, Danish, Italian, Romanian, Swiss, etc, shipyards, industry, minerals, navies, merchant ships, troops and valuable, large colonies (GEI, Algeria, Tunisia, French & Dutch Guianas, Dakar, Iceland, Groenland, the Faroe Islands, A-B-C Islands, etc, and bases and coaling stations all over the world and is expanding rapidly, so Britian would be extremely foolish to ally itself with backward Russia (the only remaining empire in Europe) against Germany (which includes France, Italy, Romania, etc, so Britain cannot make strong alliances). GB might as well join the German expansion, recover lost, valuable colonies and gain a huge territory from countries with weak navies and armies (and industries in the case of Latin America). Should Britain go to war with Germany, while the latter controls South Africa, MAdagascar, Reunion, Sumatra, etc, GB would lose access to the Indian and western Pacific Oceans and therefore also India, Australia, Honmg Kong, New Zealand, Birmania, Malaya, Kenya, Mauritius, etc, GB would also lose all trade with Europe, other than Russia and its shipping would be decimated much faster than OTL in WW I and II, when Germany had a tiny navy, compared to ATL.
Therefore, yes relations would have to be much better than ATL in the 20th century, or Britain would be promptly invaded. ATL Germany can invade simultaneously with 6 divisions each: Ireland (from France), Wales (from France and then Ireland), Kent (from France), Scotland (from Denmark, Iceland & the Faroe Islands), Newfoundland (from Iceland), Ceylon & Singapore (from Sumatra), Mauritius (from reunion), Malaya & North Borneo (from German Borneo), Jamaica and T & T (from the A-B-C Islands), British Guiana (from German Guiana), West Africa (from Madagascar), East Africa (from Dakar), British Colombia (from New Guinea or after Japan, the US or Hawaii fall from any of the 3), Australia & New Zealand (from New Guinea, Timor and Java), etc,

It is hard to believe that Prussia chose to wait until 1870, when the needle gun was obsolescent (compared to the Henry rifle, Remington pistol or Gatling gun of the civil war), when France was not at war anywhere and had the Chasepot rifle in large numbers and A-H was no longer in the German League, instead of attacking France during the Crimean war (1854), when France, Britain and the Ottoman empire had large forces in Crimea, A-H had recently defeated the Italian independist movement and had a strong force facing the French Mediterranean coast and when the needle gun was cutting edge technology and already in service and Russian troops idle in Poland could be rapidly transported to France by Prusian trains, to boost the GL forces (already superior to French forces in the area). It would have been extremely easy for the GL forces to invade Switzerland, Denmark and the Ottoman empire and France simultaneously at the time and for A_H forces to invade Romania with Russia and share it.
Germany could have formed a coalition with Russia, Greece and Persia to invade the Ottoman empire and share it.
As soon as France is invaded from Italy, Bavaria, the Rhineland and Switzerland (there are very weak French forces facing Geneve, so German forces can advance rapidly to Paris on captured Swiss or French trains, through barely defended territory), the French force in Crimea would have to redeploy to France.
As sson as Persia (after receiving Russian cannon) and Russia invade the eastern border of the Ottoman empire and Greece (with A-H armament) and A-H invade the western Ottoman empire, Ottoman forces will be withdrawn from Crimea. Britain forces cannot not fight alone in Crimea and will have to be evacuated also. The huge Russian army would be free to invade the Ottoman empire and help Germany to invade France.
Bismark could have even conditioned formation of the coalition, delivery of German armament to Russia and Greece and building 1,000 km of RR in western Russia, on Russia yielding immediately Russian Poland and the Baltic Countries to Prussia. Russia was desperate for foreign help at the time and eager to acquire large and valuable Ottoma territory and access to the Mediterranean and Red Seas, so it would have certainly accepted. Strengthening Prusia and confirming it as leader of the GL.

Back to this timeline: The annexation of the French navy, Toulon and Corsiaca allows Germany to rapidly invade Sardinia, Sicily, Naples, Taranto, Ottoman Tripoli, Lebanon, Alexandria, Crete, Cyprus, etc, where Germany can also build Shipyards.
