So I just got done watching the new movie Lady Bird which Jennifer Garner I thought did a great job as Lady Bird Johnson and I thought it did one of the best jobs on the subject of the assassination of President Johnson and how new presidents Kennedy dealt with it.
I think that scene where she watches Vice President Kennedy in Air Force One take the oath of office makes you wannna cry.
So what do you think LBJ would of done with the war in Cuba and Laos and the great society?
Would Richard Nixon still of won in 1968?

Depends if Kennedy who was known as a womanizer and a painkiller user would have manged to survive the stress as president, there where rumors going on that President Johnson days before his assassination was planning to replace Kennedy. |

I can't believe Kennedy is still alive you know. I mean he's knocking on death's door but it's a very long wait.
I remember he almost died of a heart attack in 1986 and President Kemp had that famous vist to him.

Well i still amazed that Jacqueline Kennedy stayed with him for so long despite knowing that he was not faithful to him. |

Anybody beveling the rumors that circulate the internet that than Vice-President Kennedy ordered the assassination of President Johnson as he got word that he might be replaced as Vice-President and had hired the mob to kill the President. |

I dont think Richard Nixon would ever be elected president if johnson had lived but would be relegated to the dustbins of history. |
