Either that, or there wouldn't be enough will to resist. I think anybody invading has more worry about dealing with the people than the Mexico government. True; Zapatistas would be infuriated.

Also i cannot believe that the safest place in the United states as describe in the scenario would be the Mississippi watershed but if they tell that it is than they must now more than i know.
